Man, while Muscle building vegetables don’t really exist, I mean Vegetables don’t build muscle, they don’t have anyway near enough protein in them, or amino acids, they do however have plenty of anti oxidants, vitamins, minerals and of course fibre.

Theres plenty of other reasons they can keep you feeling “full” they are low in low in carbs, can reduce swelling and offer so many different properties for building muscle and of course improving your training it’s impossible to ignore how great these are!

Overall I consider vegetables an essential part of your eating plan and can be taken with every meal if need be.

Of course no matter how great your food plan is, unless you have adaquat time under tension and a weight lifting routine full of good strong heavy compound lifts, you will NOT be able to build big muscle.

The routine above will give you a LOT of good gains, and provide you with a steady flow of muscle mass. Again you also need a good amount of food. The food needs to be high in calories, and of course high in PROTEIN, protein such as whey, steak, salmon, mackerel, Sardines, Tuna, Trout, Chicken, Turkey, Etc. all of these are high quality, hell if you prefer the high fat, low carb diet, there is also lamb, pork, etc you can add to your diet, make the right decision for yourself and the goals you have set if you wish to build muscle.

The best vegetables are usually green, Brocolli is king unfortunately as I’m not a lover of it (taste wise) but it is king, other good vegetables are Spinich, carrots, stay away from things such as potato, these are not real vegetables, they are simply starch and crap that can and should be removed from your diet for the most part!

Real vegetables are fantastic for keeping you alakaline, you probably need to purchase something else such as a GREENS powder, these DO NOT cost a lot and they certainly don’t taste bad (another plus) add them to your protein shakes or some water and you can get a full lot of vegetables down you and since we could ALL do with more greens this is a very good idea.
